Evening Xpert respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
1. Information We Collect
- Order information: your name, email address and (optionally) phone number, provided at checkout.
- Licence information: the website domain(s) where you activate your licence, plugin version, and activation timestamps.
- Technical information: IP address and basic request logs, used for security and fraud prevention.
2. Payment Information
We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. All payments are handled directly by our payment gateway partner on their secure servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your licence key and product downloads.
- To validate licence activations and provide automatic updates.
- To send order confirmations, renewal reminders and support replies.
- To prevent misuse of licences and protect our service.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with our payment gateway (to process payments) and our email service (to deliver transactional emails), and where required by law.
5. Data Retention
Order and licence records are retained for as long as your licence is active and thereafter as required for accounting and legal purposes. Security logs are retained for a limited period only.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep you logged in to the customer portal and admin panel. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@eveningxpert.com. Please note that deleting your account data will also deactivate your licences.
8. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Access to customer data is restricted, and passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing.
