Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

Evening Xpert sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping charges, and no courier or postal delivery is involved.

2. How You Receive Your Product

Immediately after your payment is successfully processed:

• Your licence key is displayed on the order confirmation screen.
• A confirmation email containing your licence key and download instructions is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• You can log in to the customer portal at any time to download the latest version of your product.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is instant for online payments. For manual payments (UPI / bank transfer), your licence key is issued after we verify the payment, usually within 24 hours.

4. If You Do Not Receive Your Key

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, email support@eveningxpert.com with your order reference and we will resend it.

5. Product Updates

Updates are delivered automatically through your WordPress dashboard for as long as your licence remains active. You can also download the latest version manually from the customer portal.
