Welcome to Evening Xpert. By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Us
Evening Xpert sells digital software products (WordPress plugins) through this website. Our products are delivered electronically as downloadable files with license keys.
2. Licence & Usage
- Each licence key may be activated only on the number of websites specified in the plan you purchase.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products without written permission.
- Licences are issued to the purchaser and are non-transferable except where we approve a transfer in writing.
- Activating a licence on more sites than your plan allows may result in suspension of the licence.
3. Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally. Your licence key is displayed on screen immediately after successful payment and is also sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
5. Updates & Support
Plugin updates and email support are provided for the duration of your active licence. When a licence expires, the plugin continues to work but premium features and updates stop until renewal.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the licensing system.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as is". While we test thoroughly, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
